What's your return/refund policy?
We do not offer returns on jewelry and accessories unless it is defective or damaged in transit. If your products are damaged upon arrival, email us immediately at myfilibo@gmail.com.
Items must be sent back within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
Clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). My Filibo is not responsible for any packages lost by the postal operator or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by us.
